Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

I'm sure many of you remember the oil rig fire and oil spill that occurred in the Gulf, right?

Well, it's only getting worse...

Members of the clean-up crew are now suffering from neurological damage, many are either dead or dying... And what is BP doing about it? Absolutely jack SHIT.

Shit like this just pisses me the fuck off. Just more proof that corporate America cares about nothing but money, money, and more fucking money.

I hate America (or at least, those in CHARGE of the country).

I refuse to call it 'my' country. Hell, it's because of crap like this that I want to LEAVE (preferably to Canada).

Anyway, spread this if you can. These assholes need to be held accountable for the suffering and damage they have caused.

I'm quite sure that anyone that signed on to help with cleanup would have been informed of the dangers of working with oils, they likely signed contracts that may waive BP or government responsibility for their safety. Odds are also that some people didn't follow rules to maintain their personal safety. Basically the whole thing is a mess, was before and is now I guess, and if BP does have any liability in these after effects then those affected should be able to pursue compensation. Though if someone wants to go clean up oil for a quick buck and doesn't have them self some health insurance with it, that's just unfortunate on their end.
So sad, but nothing crazy in our world. *heartless*
